This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases from Wvkmb, operated by DILIGENT AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING, LLC. It covers ceramic mugs, coffee mugs, espresso cups, lidded mugs, and mug sets sold through this store.

Return Window and Condition

  • Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
  • Customers may request a return within 30 days from delivery.
  • Product condition accepted for return: new only.
  • Exchanges are accepted when the requested replacement item is available.
  • Return method: by mail.

Ceramic Drinkware Return Eligibility

Returned items should be unused, clean, undamaged, and returned with original packaging plus every included lid, cup, or set piece. Items with drink residue, chips from use, scratches, missing pieces, stains, or signs of kitchen use may not qualify as new-condition returns unless required by law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If a mug arrives broken, chipped, missing a lid, incorrect in color, wrong in capacity, or different from the order, contact support@wvkmb.shop within 7 days of delivery. Include the order number and photos of the item, packaging, label, and visible issue.

How To Start a Return

  1. Email support@wvkmb.shop with the order number, item name, and return reason.
  2. Wait for return instructions before mailing the item.
  3. Pack ceramic items securely with protective material.
  4. Mail eligible returns to: 4126 1ST AVENUE S., ST. PETERSBURG, FL, 33711, US.

Labels, Fees, and Refund Timing

  • Return label: included in the package, free.
  • Restocking fee: No cost. No restocking fee is charged for approved returns.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Shopify Payments.
  • Refund processing time is 10 days after approval and submission.
